About Kimberly Searl M.S., C-IAYT, YACEP
Whole-Person Healing from a Whole-Life Perspective
I’ve spent more than two decades walking alongside people as they return to their bodies, reclaim their breath, and rebuild their lives. My work lives at the intersection of science, spirit, and survivorship—offering a space where movement becomes medicine, presence becomes power, and healing includes the whole of who you are.
I’m not just trained in this work—I’ve lived it.
Several years ago, I walked through a cancer diagnosis that changed everything. I had already spent a career in clinical movement, but suddenly, I wasn’t just a teacher or a therapist—I was a patient. A survivor. A woman navigating the wreckage of a broken system with a fierce commitment to doing things differently.
That experience clarified my mission:
To restore dignity and agency to those who feel unseen—whether they are patients, parents, practitioners, or all three at once.
I am a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), a classically trained Pilates teacher, and a graduate-level educator with over 33,000 hours of experience supporting real people with real pain in real life.
My work blends:
Clinical knowledge of musculoskeletal and nervous system health
Deep training in interoception, trauma, and somatic regulation
Grounded tools for ethical leadership, mentorship, and nervous system repair
A soulful, practical approach to healing that honors culture, caregiving, and complexity
I work with:
Individuals managing pain, fatigue, or post-surgical recovery
Families of neurodivergent children
Healthcare professionals, first responders, and educators
Fellow Yoga Therapists and integrative health leaders seeking mentorship and scope-aligned guidance
Because our healthcare system is fragmented, and people are falling through the cracks.
Because caregivers are burning out, and no one is catching them.
Because wellness shouldn’t be a luxury, and wholeness isn’t found in one-size-fits-all solutions.
And because healing is not a solo act—it’s relational, embodied, and reverent.
I’m here to help you navigate your body, your breath, your burnout, or your next chapter with clarity and care.
